Why Generate Qualified Leads?

Everybody wants more leads for their business but the number of leads isn’t always what’s important. You need high quality leads and that means leads that are likely to be interested in your product or service. You need qualified leads.

For most businesses the first question they ask about their lead generation program is how many leads did it generate? But you don’t make any money from generating leads; you make money from closing sales. The better qualified your leads are, the better chance you have of closing the sale.

What is a Qualified Lead?

A qualified lead is one who has the desire and ability to buy now. Both are important. Some customers will be more suited to what you have to offer than others – these customers will be easier for you to sell to. But if they are not in a position to buy, your efforts are wasted – they may not have the budget, they may not have an immediate need, they may be under contract with some other provider.

How Can You Pre-Qualify Your Leads?

A good qualified lead generating program will include a number of steps designed to separate the most likely potential customers (the qualified leads) from the unqualified ones.

1. Profile Your Target Market

The first step is to determine exactly who your target market is. A good way to do this is to identify the benefits (not features) of your product of service. This exercise will help you notice common characteristics of your target market and what messages appeal to them. Ask your salesteam, managers, and other employees how they’d define the ideal customer, and compile their answers into a cohesive definition of your target market.

You also need to define different levels of interest, such as “suspect”, “prospect”, “inquiry”, “qualified lead”, etc, and make sure all employees understand the various labels. As potential customers surface, they should be tagged with one of these labels in your CRM database.

Finally, you’ll need tools in place to determine and track WHEN your potential customer is ready to buy, whether they have the BUDGET to buy, and whether they have the DECISION-MAKING authority to buy. When these three aspects are in place, you know you have a qualified lead.

2. Create an Appealing Marketing Message

Once you know exactly who your target market is, you should create a marketing message that appeals to their needs, desires, or fear of loss. Your marketing message should be directed tightly at your most likely prospects – if your sell dog toys, for example, your target market is dog owners and your message should be ‘…fun, durable dog toys with XYZ safety credentials…’.

Simply targeting your message will turn off unqualified prospects, such as cat owners. This is crucial when you’re spending a lot of money advertising, such as with your pay per click campaign. You don’t want unqualified prospects clicking on your ad and costing you money. Learn more about this in my FREE ebook.

It also makes your message more relevant to the people that you are targeting – making them more likely to respond. On a similar point, you can target the methods you use to your well-defined ‘most likely customer’ group.

3. Manage and Nurture Leads

Do your marketing right and your leads should all match the basic criteria for your product or service. But you still don’t know whether they are really interested (or are just window shopping) or whether they are in a position to buy. Your lead management program can be used to introduce a number of sanity checks to further weed out the less qualified prospects. A sanity check is simply a point in the process where you ask for a small commitment. It may be signing up for your mailing list, agreeing to an initial phone call or being willing to set up a meeting. You can even try a ‘trial close’ where you ask them to make a small purchase or commit to a test project.

Each step asks for an increasing level of commitment and at each step a few people will decide that they are not ready to go to the next step. If that’s the case that prospect should simply be added back into the pool of future customers – and you’ll need a good lead management system in place to nurture them until they’re ready to buy.

By the time someone reaches the point where you close the sale, they’ve already shown their interest. And closing the sale is much easier when you have good qualified leads to work with.

What Are the Best Ways to Market Your Business Online?

Every business with a website wants to make the best use of online marketing tools to help them attract new leads and visitors to their website. Of course, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of internet marketing tools that you could use. So how do you choose the best ones for your business?

Finding the right tools depends as much on your business and your goals as the tools themselves. But generally online marketing tools can be lumped into one or more groups, including but not limited to:

Advertising

Content – like websites and blogs

Email

Multi-media

Advertising as an Online Marketing Tool

Advertising online is much like advertising offline – you need to choose the best places to advertise based on your target market. Once you’ve chosen the best places to advertise, you’ll also have a choice of advertising types – largely split into display advertising and pay per click advertising.

Display advertising is exactly what it sounds like. Your advertisement gets displayed on a page and if people are interested they can click through to your website. The amount you pay will either be based on a flat fee or on a cost per impression.

Cost per impression means that you will pay every time your ad is displayed to a website visitor. This is usually expressed as a cost per thousand (CPM). For example, if you agree to pay $10 CPM then you will pay $100 for every 10,000 times you advertisement is displayed on screen.

Pay per click can look identical to display advertising but you only pay when a person clicks on your ad to visit your website. If nobody clicks, you pay nothing. Google runs the most popular pay per click advertising network called Adwords.

Content as an Internet Marketing Tool

Online content comes in many forms but in most cases you will be talking about written content either on your own website or created for other websites but linking back to you. Good content helps you perform better with the search engines (read our free report on search engine optimization basics). It can also help demonstrate your expertise or the quality of your products.

Getting Started with Online Lead Generation

Do you want to develop leads online? The Internet can be a great place to develop and grow your business. In particular it offers a perfect opportunity to attract customers, build your prospect list and ultimately help you close new business. The good news is that internet lead generation is not all that different from traditional offline lead generation.

Yes, the Internet changes the way that people look for information. Yes, the Internet allows you to automate lead generation. But, ultimately the steps involved in good lead generation are the same:

Attract prospective customers through marketing and advertising

Build a list of prospects from this initial interest

Develop this list to identify the best prospects

Close the sale

Let’s take a look at each step:

1. Online Lead Generation Step One: Attract Prospects Through Advertising and Marketing

Imagine your website as if it were a store. Your first job is to attract people to your store using effective marketing techniques. You can’t sell anybody anything until they’re in your store. Some of the marketing techniques to consider include:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – This is about making sure your “shop” (ie website) is easy to find and that all the products and services are displayed and described properly. Do this well online and you will perform better with the search engines. SEO is very complex, however, so I recommend you check out my FREE ebook for more detailed information.

Advertising – Advertising online can take many forms. You can use contextual advertising to get your business found next to relevant content. You can try PPC (pay per click) advertising through the search engines to have your ads displayed in search results. You can even use simple display advertising as offered through a variety of advertising networks.

Content – Lead generation content is content that is designed to attract online searchers looking for solutions to their problems. If you create great content on your website – or even outside of your website through lead generation articles – this will help you attract new, interested visitors to your website.

Social Media – Build a relationship with your target market through Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, etc. Be polite and offer helpful information so they know, like and trust you. Every once in a while, give them an incentive to go to your website, such as offering a discount. Don’t do this too much, or they’ll think you’re only interested in self-promotion. But doing this sparingly, along with providing useful information for your target market, can go a long way.

It’s also worth remembering that you can still use effective offline strategies like direct mail to drive traffic to your website as well.

2. Online Lead Generation Step Two: Build Your List

Once you have started to generate traffic to your website then the next step is to turn some of that traffic into a list of prospective new customers to follow up with. Usually this will involve you creating an incentive for them to provide their contact details, the first part of any good permission based marketing campaign. That incentive could be a special offer, or, more likely, further useful information.

What form this information takes is up to you. You could consider a blog that people can subscribe to, a free newsletter, or a webinar that people can take part in, for example.

3. Online Lead Generation Step Three: Develop Your List

Once you start building a list the next question becomes, ‘what do I do with this list?’. The goal has to be to move people from being interested to being willing to buy your product or service. Of course not every prospective customer on your list will end up becoming a customer.

That’s fine.

However, it is important for you to find ways of separating those with a genuine interest from the ‘tire kickers’. Tools like newsletters and autoresponders can help you automate much of this process.

4. Online Lead Generation Step Four: Close the Sale

Of course the final step is to close the sale. You can create online marketing tools that will encourage customers to buy from you. But unless you are actually selling a product via your website, you will almost always have to close the sale through direct contact with your prospective customer or client.

However, if you set your lead generation program up effectively; the advertising you use, how you build your list and what you do with that list can all help ensure that the people you actually spend time selling to are the most qualified prospects you could hope for.

Discover How You Can Use It as a Lead Generation Tool To Attract Customers for Your Business

Online Radio Stations?

Due to their size and ability to reach niche audiences, they tend to attract a much more targeted audience than mass market, traditional radio stations.

Potentially…

This makes advertising on them an attractive proposition to marketers who target niche groups. Moreover, most Internet radio stations will also create podcasts of popular shows – recorded versions that can be downloaded and listened to at any time – creating an added attraction.

So if you are considering advertising on online radio, how do you get started?

The natural starting point is an Internet search to find stations that suit your target audience. Ideally you will find stations that combine information relevant to your niche with a relevant audience. If you sell widgets, it might make sense to advertise on Widget Radio – unless, the only people who listen to Widget Radio are widgets makers like you.

Like any traditional station, online stations should be able to provide you with key demographic information about their listeners. Study this info and listen to the shows before going any further.

Type of Advertising

Depending on the outcome you want, you can choose between audio ads, onsite advertising (like banners or text links) or sponsorship. Budget permitting, you can combine sponsorship and audio ads with banners and buttons to increase visibility, CTR (click through rate), retain attention for better conversion and ultimately, increased ROI (return on investment).

Tracking

One of the most attractive aspects of internet radio advertising is the simple fact that your customers are only a click away to your website. Not only can this significantly increase your ROI but it also allows exact, detailed tracking of results. By carefully measuring what works – and what doesn’t – you can more effectively plan your marketing.

Taken together, the targeted listenership, ability to combine visual and audio advertising and detailed tracking possibilities make internet radio an attractive alternative that could give you a leg up on the competition.

Who’s Listening?

Online Radio Listenership Figures

“In any given week, 8.1 million people listen to radio via the Internet, either live or through a Listen Again service, and 1.87 million listen to a Podcast.” Source: Rajar/Ipsos Mori

In America alone, the number of people watching less TV and spending more time on the internet has grown by more than 400% in the past few years and more than 50% of them have consumed streaming media. Source: Rajar/Ipsos Mori

What is Permission Based Email Marketing?

Does having permission to email really make a difference? Effective email marketing is at the heart of any good lead generation program online.

But…

Emailing people who have not requested your information is spam and can land you in trouble with potential customers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and even the law. Permission or opt in email marketing is the only kind of bulk email marketing you should be considering. But what kind of permission do you need? What does permission mean? And once you’ve got permission what should you do with it?

What Does Permission Mean and What Type of Permission Do You Need?

Permission means that a customer has actively said that they would like to receive more information from you. For example, if you ask people to download a special report by providing their email address you need to make it clear that you will then send them further information. This should be done with a clear statement and what is called a ‘double opt in’. A double opt in is where the customer first signs up for information on your website. They then receive an email to confirm that they would like further information and a link to finalize it. Using double opt in ensures that your customers really do give their permission.

Forgetting to tick a box to ‘opt out’ is not the same as opting in.

What do You do When You Have Permission?

Once you’ve got permission you can safely contact your prospective customers by email. You should bear in mind three points of good permission-based email marketing; your communications should be relevant, personal and expected.

Relevant means they are on a topic that interests your prospects.

Personal means that you based your communications on what you know about your customers and prospects – previous customers wouldn’t get the same message as a new prospect for example

Expected means that they know what they will receive and when they will receive it – if you said that you will send them a newsletter once a month, sending a sales pitch once a week is not OK.

Permission is dependent on you living up to your end of the bargain. Prospects can easily decide to stop receiving your message (and you need to make it easy for them to do so) or simply ignore them when they arrive. There’s no point in having a huge list if nobody reads your emails.

Growing Your Permission Over Time

In the same way that a customer can take away their permission they can also increase it. As a marketer your job is to increase permission over time – from getting permissionto send email, to getting the OK to show up for a sales call, to closing the sale, to offering new products or services to existing customers.

This all takes time – which means you need to plan your permission based email marketing campaign as an ongoing program.

Some Practical Points on Permission Based Email Marketing

Your Opt In Process: Your opt in process will usually start with a simple form on your website. Keep the initial information to a minimum – email and name will usually do.

You can and should use an auto-responder (a piece of software that sends out pre-written emails) to handle the sign up process. It’s not a great idea to try and send bulk email from your normal email program. A professional solution is best and there are plenty to choose from.

For a small list you should be expecting to pay as little as $20-30 a month ( some examples include constant contact, i contact, get response). Most professional services can help you manage multiple lists, will have email templates for you to use and provide good tracking tools so you can see how each email you send performs.

How to Make Your Business More Referral Friendly

Are you getting as many referrals from your referral marketing? Do your customers send you new business? What about your contacts or other businesses you deal with? If you provide a high quality product or service but are not getting the number of referrals that you would like, then a simple, planned referral program can be a great way of getting more.

Your referral program should include:

A referral reward

Simple referral tools

Plenty of promotion

Referral Marketing Step One: Rewarding Your Referrals

Rewarding the people that send you referrals is not only the right thing to do but it can also encourage more people to do the same. You have a few choices to make when it comes to rewarding referrals:

The first is the reward itself. In some cases it might be appropriate to use a financial reward – say 10% of the value of the business. This is often a good choice when trying to get referrals from other businesses. If money doesn’t seem appropriate then something of a similar value might – say a meal for two.

The second choice is what you will reward. In most cases you will want to reward actual new business won. However, it might be a good idea in some cases to reward every referral – with a simple thank you or token gesture – even if it doesn’t turn into new business.

Finally you need to decide whether you will promote this reward or simply give the reward after the fact. Again, in some cases promoting the reward will increase the number of people who do refer. However, you don’t want it to look like you’re buying referrals. The choice depends on your business.

Referral Marketing Step Two: Creating Referral Tools to Make Referring Easier

You want to make sending you business as easy as possible; so, you should create simple tools to smooth the process. This can be as simple as making sure that every customer has plenty of your business cards to hand out. You could also create a specific gift voucher for them to use or include tools and forms on your website.

Take a mental walk through the process of someone referring business to you. Point out the places where it might be difficult and find ways to make it easier. One of the best tools you can create is a special offer for the person that they refer to you. This will make it easier for them to talk about your business and convince someone to get in touch.

Referral Marketing Step Three: Promoting Your Referral Program

If you’re not getting as many referrals as you would like there’s often a simple explanation – you’re not asking. If people don’t know that you want referrals they may never think to send you any.

So what do people need to know?

First off they need to know that you welcome referrals. Make a point of asking for referrals from satisfied customers and clients. Having a referral program in place will help this but only if you promote it. When you start your program make sure you contact all your customers and professional contacts and let them know about it. After that you can promote it in your newsletters, on your website, in your email signature or even on your invoices. From time to time you might consider a marketing campaign just for your referral program.

Once they know you welcome referrals the next step is to show them the process – i.e. how can they send you a referral and what will happen after that? Before people will be happy to send you their friends, family, colleagues and customers they will want to know that you will look after them.

Finally, use the referral rewards to honestly thank people who have helped you out. If someone has gone to the trouble of sending you new business you need to make sure they know it was appreciated.

Should Relationship Marketing be Part of Your Marketing Strategy?

Every business wants to attract new customers and grow new business, but very few focus their energies on building lasting relationships with their existing customers. Most assume that their existing customers are happy and that new business growth will come from acquiring new customers.

Are they wrong? Are you wrong?

Yes and no.

Your existing customers may well be perfectly happy but that doesn’t mean that they’re going to stay with you forever. And yes, new customers and clients are essential to the growth of any business but they’re expensive to get and keep. It is a marketing strategy that emphasizes the need to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. It’s not just about good customer service. It means maintaining communications with your existing customers and growing their involvement with your business over time.

So what are the real benefits of good relationship marketing and what should you do?

Benefits of Relationship Marketing

Existing customers are often your best source of new business – they already know and trust you and so are often more open to adopting new products and services.

Existing customers are also your best possible source of referral business and positive word-of-mouth.

It is much less expensive to attract a new customer than it is to retain an existing one.

Existing customers are the backbone of your cash flow.

Existing customers can help provide feedback – making your marketing, customer service, product development and every other aspect of your business stronger

Existing customers can become advocates for your business, heading off negative word of mouth. Dissatisfied customers are more likely to start and spread negative word of mouth.

What Should You Consider as Part of Your Relationship Marketing Strategy?

Any relationship marketing campaign should have a few aims:

Retain customers

Harness positive word of mouth

Sell new products and services to existing customers

Prevent other businesses from poaching clients through education

Make your customers feel important and part of something

So how?

Focus on your existing customer base – The easiest thing to do is move on to the next prospect once you’ve made a sale. This is a mistake. The relationship that got them to buy needs to be maintained if they are to continue as a loyal customer.

Keep the lines of communication open – Both communications to your customers and feedback from your customers.

Have a long-term customer contact plan – Much of your communications with your existing customers can be pre-planned and even automated. This can include things like newsletters.

Keep in touch – But not all of your marketing to existing customers should be pre-planned. You should be at pains to keep and build a personal relationship. A phone call can make a huge difference.

Encourage feedback – make it easy, take it seriously and reward it.

Build customer communities – Communication between customers can help them feel part of a tribe. You don’t need to run this but you should make it easy. Be the facilitator.

Involve them in your marketing – Consider referral programs based on rewarding word of mouth. Give customers sneak peaks about new product launches and new marketing campaigns – take their feedback on board.

Do sell to them – Continue the marketing and sales process but focus less on hard sales messages and more on informative content. Educated customers are more likely to buy new products and services, upgrade existing purchases or services plan and become the kinds of fans that help spread the word about your business.

Existing customers should be the cornerstone of your marketing efforts and deserve their own marketing plan and dedicated efforts.

How to Generate More Leads for Your Small Business

Most sales people and entrepreneurs will tell you that they’re good in front of customers. They’re ‘people persons’. “Put me in front of a prospect and I’ll close the sale” is a common statement among salespeople and business owners. In the US, the Small Business Administration (SBA) estimates over 80% of new businesses never reach their fifth year anniversary.

If sales people and business owners say they are great in front of prospects and that they possess the traits of stellar sales people, how can the studies indicate so much failure?

Are the sales people lying?

… No they’re not.

The 1st Overlooked Principle of Sales Lead Generation: No Stress

Generating a lead and closing a sale are not the same. When you close a sale you are asking the prospect to make a decision. Making a decision is a commitment. It means risk, responsibility and stress. No matter how smooth and professional you are, closing a sale is stressful for your prospect.

Sales lead generation must be stress-free – the exact opposite of closing a sale. You need to sift through the market and allow all those interested in your offer to stand up and be counted.

The 2nd Overlooked Principle of Sales Lead Generation: Getting to Know You

Sales lead generation must adopt a soft-sell approach. Your prospect might need something you have for sale. Ideally you want her, someone who doesn’t know or trust you, to step up and introduce herself. No one appreciates being sold – not even salespeople. And without any knowledge of you or your business, every approach will be viewed with skepticism. If you push too hard at this point she’ll run away.

You want your prospect to feel comfortable, relaxed and in control – that means gaining her permission to begin a professional sales relationship. That means offering your prospect a chance to learn more about you without making a commitment. For example, to generate sales leads using a soft-sell approach you could:

Promote a free workshop or seminar about a topic of interest to your prospects. You can hold workshops in your office or at a public venue like a hotel or restaurant. You can also hold them online through the Internet or over the phone via a teleconference. There should be no strings attached for attending. You’ll want to give good, solid information about how to solve your prospect’s problem. The purpose is to be seen as an expert in your field, not a salesperson.

Provide informative content. Through your advertising and marketing efforts you can promote free, useful and engaging information. This can be offered in exchange for your prospect getting in touch or providing their contact details. Develop content with no obligation such as a brochure, report, CD, or DVD that delivers a real solution to their problems, ideally including your product or service in the solution. Great content allows the prospect to research your business in her own time and can provide the permission you need to follow up.

Offer a free trial or demo. Offer a free trial or demonstration with absolutely no obligation. Make it easy and non-threatening for prospects to come out from hiding, accept your offer, and make their needs known to you.

The 3rd Overlooked Principle of Sales Lead Generation: Automation

Sales lead generation takes time and effort to be effective. Most small business owners don’t have lots of spare time so it should be automated. Your money is made closing sales – not generating leads. You need to automate the lead generating process so you can:

Devote more time closing sales

Have an abundance of leads to feed future sales

So how can you automate your lead generation process?

Automate by leveraging people: Have an assistant make all the arrangements for your workshops, answer the phone and fulfill requests for your reports or brochures. Your assistant can also mail and email your ads, sales letters, or coupons for your free samples and demonstrations.

Automate by standardization: Start a library of written templates for your most common needs. Don’t reinvent the wheel each time: Have a platform you can start out with and alter it slightly to fit your current situation and the specific needs of the prospect. What belongs in this library? Sales lead generation letters, thank you letters, follow up letters, answers to common questions, brochures, reports, your media kit, and prospective client kits. It also includes your ads, and invitations to workshops.

Automate by leveraging technology: You can use specialized sales lead software. Or, keep it simple and use a spreadsheet program like Excel. You can even use the electronic address book on your computer. Input every lead into a computerized database. You want your lead’s contact information so you can follow-up with them. That’ll require a simple system for keeping track of communications with each prospect.

If you market online you should consider using an autoresponder. Autoresponders are software programs that allow you to input your contacts, add your sales messages, then program it to automatically email the messages to your list on a schedule you choose.

Set and forget.

Since you decide when to send your messages, you could be on vacation for a week and still have your sales lead generation tactics automatically working for you.

Summary: Simple Sales Lead Generation

Too many small businesses fail because they don’t manage their lead generation process effectively. Understand the difference between sales and lead generation, make getting in touch with you easy, rewarding and risk free and finally, automate as much as you can.

Follow these three steps and you’ll be able to focus on doing what you do best – dealing directly with new customers and closing the sale.

Find out How Software Can Help You As a Business Owner *Achieve higher Sales*And Increase Productivity

Lead generation software?

Generating leads, managing leads and communicating with those leads can be a messy business for small businesses. So how do you keep it all organized? The good news is that new software alternatives mean that small businesses can use PC-based and web-based lead generation software to generate more sales leads and convert more of those leads into paying customers.

Timing Is Everything: Lead Generation Software Puts Your Business in the Right Place at the Right Time

Businesses spend small fortunes on attracting prospects to their businesses through advertising and other marketing methods. Unfortunately, not every customer is ready and willing to buy when you reach out to them. In fact, most consumers will need to be contacted several times before they’re willing to take action. This is even more obvious with bigger ticket items or complicated sales.

Keeping your business in front of your prospects can be complicated and time consuming. So, smart businesses use software to automate the process and help them keep an eye on where their business stands. As an example, here are a few lead generation and lead management software solutions you could consider:

1. Using email survey software makes it easy to ask questions to better understand your prospects’ needs. From this info, you can group your leads into batches for more effective follow up.2. Email marketing software helps you to send relevant information to those who opt-in. Newsletters, up-to-date news of your products/service, or discount offers can all be effective at motivating future sales.

3. Lead tracking or analytic tools give you a better insight into website visitors’ behavior that will help in planning and tweaking your advertising and website if necessary.

4. With the use of an automated prospecting system, you can easily identify those who are ready to buy now and put the rest on your follow up list.

5. Sales productivity software helps businesses increase profits without necessarily increasing the amount they spend on sales.

6. Using a good sales and marketing software gives you an overview of sales generated compared to the cost of marketing – helping you improve and focus on the best-performing marketing activities.

3 Simple Steps to Attract Highly Targeted Customers

Why do you need a lead generating system at all?

Simple, a good lead gen system can:

Identify potential customers at the very beginning of the lead generation process

Clearly explain your product or service to prospects

Provide you with the information of interested prospects.

In this brief overview we’ll consider both the advantages of an effective system and how you can create one for your business.

Why is Lead Generation Important?

Lead generation starts with your external marketing, captures initial interest and passes the most qualified and interested prospects through to you.

Done online, it can be not only be hugely effective at attracting qualified prospects but also a huge time saver too.

3 Simple Points for Creating Your Lead Generating System

1. Marketing and Advertising: The First Step in Lead Generation
The first thing to consider when constructing a system that generates leads is where and how to advertise. Offline marketing can include just about anything, from print ads to direct mail. Effective offline marketing needs to attract attention and lead the prospect into the first stage of the system – your website. Again, the point is to attract attention and then lead people to the first stage of your system.

Where and how to market your business – online or off – should be based on your ideal customer. Where do they hang out? What websites do they visit? What terms do they use to search for businesses like yours? Start with a detailed knowledge of your prospective customer and it’s hard to go too far wrong.

Online marketing can also include any number of tactics, including; search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click advertising (PPC), display advertising and social networking activities. Read myFREE eBook for details on how to do this.

2. Your System Should Be Automated
Once you’ve got your system set up, the system should be left to do its own thing. The less effort it takes to manually run the system, the more efficient it will be. That means automation. More specifically, your automated system should be able to:

Collect information about your prospects

Deliver information to your prospects

Help weed out the most likely prospects for you to follow up with.

3. Your System Should Develop Trust
Your lead gen system should also promote a trusting relationship between you and your customer. They should be made to feel appreciated and looked after. The better job your system does, the more responsive they will be.Your system should also provide you with a chance to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise, which is why so many lead generation programs start with an offer of information. By keeping these simple guidelines in mind, your system will be on a par with the best online. Moreover, you’ll be generating leads with enough regularity, accuracy, and effectiveness to ensure a healthy profit from whatever endeavor you undertake.
